Here at MCJA, we take pride in providing excellent service to all of our service users. Day in, day out, we receive a number of client testimonials about our care staff and office staff, explaining how fantastic they are.

One compliment that we have received is about one of our carers, Michelle, from one of our service users, Joan.

“She literally keeps me in the job. She is such a kind and amazing lady! I’ve cared for her, for almost 9 years! Cooked her a lasagne from scratch yesterday because she had an off few days with her anxiety after her regular was off so she had some random carers and it made her day that I then had some in the night with her too? she doesn’t have kids so I always make sure she feels so cared for!”
