Good Care Month - Thanking our incredible workforce.

This month is Good Care Month, a whole month dedicated to those who dedicate their lives and careers to helping and caring for others. Whether you are a young carer, a Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Care Assistant, Support Worker, or care for someone you love, we appreciate you. After all, being a carer is not just job, but it is a career and a lifestyle. It is a career where you can make a difference to other people’s lives every single day, providing companionship and promoting independence to vulnerable adults and children. Here at MerseyCare Julie Ann, we take pride in providing exceptional care to all of our service users every single day. Our care team pride themselves on their compassion and empathy when caring for our incredible service users, and the outstanding feedback they receive every single day reflects this. Everyone, from the folk in the office and taking the calls, to the carers that have cared for him directly, has always been so thoughtful, caring, compassionate and professional. Everyone has put my Dad’s needs first and worried for him when his own illness made it hard for you to help him. Without the care and support of your team, he wouldn’t have been able to stay at home as long as he has, which is what he wanted to do.
