
On the 10th October 2024, we took ourselves down to the Care Show over in Birmingham, attending multiple talks covering a range of topics surrounding care, gaining further insight into the health and social care sector.
We also went down to collect a VERY exciting award for Assistant Operations Manager, Chloe Kelly…
We are very pleased to announce that Chloe has won the ‘Thirty under 30’ award at the Care Show. Chloe was nominated for her outstanding work ethic and contributions to MCJA since she first started with ourselves as a Graduate, excelling at everything she does within the business. We are incredibly proud of Chloe here at MCJA, and proud of everything she has achieved.
What is the ‘Thirty Under 30’ award?
This award symbolises the pioneers of the care sector who have shown outstanding levels of service, and an exceptional work ethic within their company. This is award represents individuals who show innovation, leading the care sector to a brighter future.
Here at MerseyCare Julie Ann, we can definitely appreciate that Chloe has gone above and beyond the meaning behind this award – Chloe always strives to do her absolute best within the company, excelling at all activities and becoming an all-round team player. Chloe helps wherever she can, assisting across all departments of the business.
What is the ‘Care Show’?
The Care Show, held in Birmingham every year, this is the only multi-award show in social care. This is an awards show which celebrates all aspects of care, all the way from the service provided to the operations behind the business.
Not only is this a prestigious awards ceremony, dedicated to showcasing hard-working individuals across the care sector, but the Care Show also hold a number of exciting talks and panels to discuss upcoming changes within social care, and discussing important topics of interest from intervention of AI within social care, and sustainable development.
