Double Points System in January*

Here is how the point system will work during January: 1 point = £1 Stage 1: 1 points for each referral. Stage 2: 2 points for each verified candidate. Stage 3: 24 points when your referral has a successful interview (usually 12 points). Stage 4: 170 points when your referral starts work (usually 85 points). Stage 5: 200 points when your referral successfully completes their probation. *Please note, double points is only eligible for stages 3 and 4 in the referral journey.
