
Due to consistent issues with Access care planning, we are moving into our own ‘Clece’ cloud to try and improve speed and data security.
This will only be used by Clece companies.
On
8th of April (Today) at
11:00 pm there will be a 1 hour downtime to perform the migration, so from
Wednesday 9th April everyone will work from the
new ‘Clece’ Cloud.
What does this mean for using Access Care Planning?
When logging into the app, the server will now be ‘clece’, not ‘cloud12’, as shown below:

When logging in directly via the URL, Web URL:
https://cloud12.mobizio.com/ will change to URL:
https://clece.mobizio.com/.
We are not anticipating any issues, however there will be support on hand the morning of 9
th April to help assist staff and next of kin’s logging into the correct server.
