About our Services

The service is extremely flexible – our MerseyCare Julie Ann Care Assistants can visit once a week, or up to several visits a day throughout the week, depending on your needs. We understand the importance of continuity, and depending on your requirements, there may be two or three MerseyCare Julie Ann Care Assistants who will visit on a rota basis.

Our services include personal care, domestic assistance, live-in care, overnight care, respite care, companionship, convalescence, and more. With our extensive experience, we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each service users. Our team assists with personal hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, and even social outings, like enjoying a coffee in town.

For service users, we consider you part of our family, working closely with you to ensure you remain at the heart of your care decisions. We are committed to recognising and valuing everyone’s unique needs and preferences, empowering you to stay in control of your care journey.
