I have been Cared for by MCJA since September, Sophie is a new member of the team she is a hard worker, polite and always smiling and bubbly. She goes over and above to make sure all my needs are met. Grace, Darcy, Jody, Paula and Katie also take time and care and listen when I am having a down day with my depression this means so much to me nothing is too much, they also try and make me feel comfortable and more at easy before they leave much appreciated.

MerseyCare Julie Ann have been providing care to my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's, for approx. 7 years now and we have always found them excellent. She looks forward to the daily visits and a chin wag, especially with Chelsea M, who has been seeing her regularly throughout this time and also got to know my father-in-law before he passed. Having regular contact with a familiar carer is really important for building trust and my mother-in-law has always been very happy with the service provided.

My mum has MND (Motor Neurone Disease). As a family we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mersey Care Julie Ann specifically for one care worker in particular for the outstanding care she provides to my mum. Her professionalism, caring nature and exceptional quality of work truly stands out. This carer worker always goes above and beyond to ensure that my mum feels comfortable and reassured and she is equally supportive and understanding with her at all times. Her ability to bring calm and confidence into our home is invaluable. The high standard of her work and her genuine dedication to her role gives our family great peace of mind and we are so thankful for everything she does. I am aware that this sector of work can be challenging especially for staff, therefore we felt it important to share our feedback with you as a company to ensure that this care worker's standard of work and quality is recognised.

A professional, empathic and well organised team of people who genuinely care for their clients. The admin and management team are communicative and extremely helpful and the carers are warm, kind and very efficient. I highly recommend for your loved one.
