MerseyCare Julie Ann brings together a diverse team of 1 Registered Manager, care professionals, compliance experts, recruitment and training specialists, and operational leads — all committed to ensuring the highest standards of home care. With 1 branch based in the Liverpool Innovation Park, we deliver care and support tailored to each individual’s needs across Liverpool and Widnes, helping them remain independent in the place they feel most comfortable: their own home.

Michelle Jevans is our Registered Manager here at our Liverpool office – joining us in 2024,  Michelle has a multitude of experience in the care sector throughout her career, starting her career as a laundry assistant in a care home. In her role, she oversees all operations of the business to ensure we provide outstanding services.

Chloe Kelly is our Assistant Operations Manager here at Homecarers Liverpool, joining the team in 2022 through our Graduate Scheme. In her role, Chloe ensures that the operations of the business runs smoothly across all departments.

Georgia Smith is one of our Deputy Managers here at MerseyCare Julie Ann. Within her role, Georgia supports the Registered Manager in ensuring the branch runs smoothly in order to provide effective and exceptional care to our service users.

Helen John is one of our Deputy Managers here at MerseyCare Julie Ann. Joining the company in 2024, Helen supports the Registered Manager in ensuring the branch runs smoothly in order to provide effective and exceptional care to our service users.

Amanda Duncan

Referrals Manager

Amanda Duncan is our Referrals Manager here at MerseyCare Julie Ann.  Amanda’s role is to manage and respond to care package enquiries, assisting in providing essential support to vulnerable adults within our community.

At MerseyCare Julie Ann, our compliance team is comprised of our outstanding group of Review Officers, and Compliance Manager, Libby. Our compliance team ensures that we are providing a safe and effective service, regularly reviewing care plans to personalise our services to our clients.
